Return Policy

Our Return Policy reflects the terms and policies of the warehouses and manufacters we partner with. Please contact support@dismissyourself.com before making any returns. Read carefully.

Wrong Address - If the buyer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The buyer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the buyer (if and as applicable). Items that aren't reshipped within three weeks will no longer be available and will have to be repurchased.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the buyer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Items that aren't reshipped within three weeks will no longer be available and will have to be repurchased.

Returned by Customer - Except for Customers residing in Brazil, Dismiss Yourself does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size Exchange orders are unfortunately currently not offered. Please verify the size you are purchasing before placing the order.

Pre-Shipment Changes - Buyers can contact support@dismissyourself.com within two days of placing an order to change a product's size and/or color. If the item has already been shipped, these changes cannot be made.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
